CENTERPOINTE–Guam envisions a vibrant, centrally located community that brings together modern housing and commercial vitality in the heart of the island—positioning itself in the middle of an area poised for eco-tourism. The proposed development includes plans for off-base military housing featuring spacious 2- and 3-bedroom residences with open-concept layouts, private balconies, dedicated home office spaces, and full in-unit and community amenities. Plans also call for a thoughtfully designed mixed-use component, featuring first-floor retail shops, a coffeehouse, and professional office spaces to enhance livability and support local enterprise. The project remains fully contingent upon confirmation of off-base housing needs by the U.S. Department of Defense and any guidance provided to ensure alignment with military requirements.
