No representation or warranty is made that rezoning or any land use modification will be approved. The timing, process, conditions, costs, and outcome of any rezoning or entitlement application are uncertain and are solely the responsibility of a prospective purchaser. All interested parties are strongly encouraged to conduct independent zoning, planning, legal, and regulatory due diligence prior to making any investment decision.
