CENTERPOINTE–Guam envisions a vibrant, centrally located community that blends modern housing with commercial vitality at the heart of Guam's central region—strategically positioned within a region poised for eco-tourism. The proposed development features spacious 2- and 3-bedroom off-base residences designed for enlisted service members, offering open-concept layouts, private balconies, dedicated home office spaces, and a full suite of in-unit and community amenities.

Complementing the residential component is a consideration for a thoughtfully planned mixed-use area, including ground-floor retail shops, a coffeehouse, and professional office spaces—designed to enhance livability and support local enterprise. The project remains contingent upon confirmation of off-base housing needs by the U.S. Department of Defense and any guidance provided to ensure alignment with military requirements.
