What we need to get started
To begin our due diligence process, we are seeking a comprehensive overview of Guam’s projected off-base enlisted housing demand over the next 3 to 5 years. We would also appreciate any official guidance, standards, or planning criteria applicable to the development of housing for military service members and personnel. Additionally, please advise on any available programs, grants, tax incentives, allowances, or other forms of financial assistance that may be accessible to private developers engaged in military-supportive housing projects on Guam.
